The Data Entry Analyst will analyze, audit, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational and healthcare standards. Review, analyze, and validate patient records, billing data, scheduling information, and internal documentation.
Perform remote data audits to identify inconsistencies, missing entries, or irregularities.
Prepare data summaries, accuracy reports, and documentation trend analyses.
Collaborate with onsite teams to clarify discrepancies and improve data quality.
Utilize remote reporting tools, spreadsheets, and cloud-based systems to compile and analyze information.
Recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Support large-scale data cleanup or migration projects.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and safeguard all sensitive information handled in a remote setting.
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
2–3 years of experience in data entry, data analysis, medical documentation, or administrative support.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency in spreadsheets and digital documentation tools.
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and medical terminology is highly preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
