Description:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans for Python-based systems and REST APIs.
- Document and continually build out QA processes using automation frameworks.
- Identify, record, and track bugs through to resolution.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to refine requirements and deliver quality releases.
- Provide tier-2 technical support to customers, diagnose issues, and communicate resolutions promptly.
- Maintain detailed, user-friendly documentation for both internal and external audiences.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of quality standards and support procedures.
Qualifications:
- No Degree Required
- Professional experience in QA for Python applications and web platforms.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Selenium, or similar).
- Familiarity with API testing tools (such as Postman or Swagger).
- Demonstrable troubleshooting and support experience in a customer-facing or internal capacity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Understanding of version control (preferably Git) and CI/CD workflows.
- Analytical mindset and a detail-oriented approach.
