We’re looking for a Part Time Front Desk Associate to join our team at OneCoWork Winckley Square and help us in creating an incredible environment for our members while overseeing the day-to-day building operations. As a Front Desk Associate, you will play a pivotal role by managing front desk tasks, ensuring member satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service.
At OneCoWork, you will:
Front Desk & Daily Operations
- Be a focal point for members of the entire community within OneCoWork Winckley Square.
- Manage the daily opening, set up and closing of the building (lights, meeting rooms, coffee machine, etc) as required.
- Assist the maintenance team by reporting any issues and hence maintaining the building in full operational capacity.
- Handle incoming mail and packaging and distribute to members as necessary.
- Manage the front desk for walk-ins, security and any issues that may arise.
- First point of contact for phone calls and opening the door.
- Process payments from members for services such as room bookings, membership renewals, or additional services.
- Maintain CRM and data sources up to date for reporting to management team.
Events & Community
- Research and propose new events and networking opportunities for our member community.
- Create a warm ambience for our members, going above and beyond to provide the extra touch of customer service; the little things matter most!
- Manage social events for our members.
- Create and maintain the office/event calendar.
Sales
- Engage in the sales process by leading unscheduled sales tours of our spaces.
- Provide an exceptional onboarding experience to maximise customer retention
What we’re looking for;
- Customer service, front desk and hospitality experience are preferred but not necessary.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- A passion for entrepreneurial communities and dynamic environments
- Proficient in computer skills, including Excel and Outlook
- Availability for 20-30 hrs/week Monday to Friday. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, typically between 20-30 hours. Weekend availability may be required occasionally moving forward.
