We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team, help us optimise our online presence and strengthen our brand!
At OneCoWork, you will;
· Drive multiple campaigns and projects at once, including but not limited to performance marketing strategy implementation and execution, KPI results tracking and budget allocation analysis
· Analyse data to make creative and strategic decisions
· Support performance marketing efforts across all channels, including paid/organic social, search, affiliate, display and email
· Collaborate with our awesome Sales team to support account growth and lead generation
We’re looking for;
· 3-5 years of relevant experience managing the day to day execution across all channels (GDN, Facebook, AdWords etc)
· Proficient knowledge on metrics measurement and funnel optimisation, including Google Analytics and Tags Manager
· Experience in web analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimisation
· A proactive, data-driven, and creative individual with strong organisational and analytical skills
· Relevant Bachelor/Masters degree
· An analytical mind, but with an artistic eye; you must have a keen instinct about what's on-brand and trending within the marketing ecosystem
· Language: Must be fluent in English, Spanish desirable
· Location: You must be eligible and able to work in Barcelona and willing to travel as necessary
Bonus points if:
· You have the Google Fundamentals Certification (Basic & Advanced)
· You’ve worked in a fast-growing dynamic startup before
· Fluent in Spanish or other European languages
