We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to Join a very established Law firm with Office across the Midlands, this role we be on a part remote and part office basis located in the Dudley area.
Due to expansion we have a great opportunity for a Fee Earner in our busy Commercial Property Team, working across the Worcester and Black Country offices with an ultimate aim to grow the Commercial Property offering at our Worcester office. Travel to the Company’s other offices will also be required. Applicants should possess excellent client care and interpersonal skills in addition to being able to work well as part of a team. Experience in the following is necessary: - General commercial transactional property work, Acquisitions, Disposals, Leases and Funding. The Commercial Property Team has a wide range of clients from SME’s to much larger organisations and in a variety of businesses from Developers to the Manufacturing Industry.The role would suit someone 2 years plus PQE or equivalent Commercial Property experience ideally with Worcestershire knowledge and/or willingness to network in that area. It is a great opportunity for someone looking to build up their case load working alongside experienced Directors and developing relationships with their contacts in Worcester and making your own.
