We have achieved great success with our biggest fee so far being £15,300 and our minimum fee being £3,000!

The Role
Opulence Law are looking for a passionate and ambitious trainee Law Recruitment consultant to join us in our new offices located in the heart of Birmingham city center, within walking distant of New Street, this offers great transport routes and the experience of working in the heart of Birmingham in a new professional office setting.
Due to recent success we're looking for a trainee to shadow the Director of the company and learn first hand the skills needed to be successful, this is a great opportunity as this role will fill the first position of 4 that we are looking to fill over the next 12 months meaning you will play a key role and be in a great position to become a future team leader or office manager when the team is more established.
The Pay & Commission
This role is paid at the UKs apprenticeship rate and will be paid weekly via bank transfer every Friday morning, this role also offer's uncapped commission of up to 20% of any deal that you secure during your training contract.
Opulence Law's Minimum fee is £3,000 meaning you will earn a minimum of £600 per placement on top of your basic net pay.
Once you have completed three placements within the company you will be offered a full time position with a basic salary of £22,500,00 plus uncapped commission up to 20%..
Working Hours & Set Up
The working hours will be 10 am to 4 pm every Monday to Friday with one hours break.
The first month you will be required to come into the office every day, on month two you will have the option to choose one day a week to work from home and by month three you will be allowed the option to choose two days to work from home and three days in the office for the remainder of your employment.
