We are currently seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives.

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, representing our products and services to potential customers in their homes. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our brand, while also educating homeowners about the benefits of switching to solar energy and investing in a new roof or generator.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to homeowners within designated territories

- Identify and qualify potential customers by conducting thorough needs analysis

- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, roofing, and generator systems

- Consult with customers to determine the best solution for their energy needs

- Prepare and deliver customized proposals to potential customers

- Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets

- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with customers after the sale is completed

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral sources

- Stay informed about industry trends and updates to effectively promote our products and services

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a door-to-door or direct sales environment

- Knowledge of solar energy, roofing, or generator systems is a plus

- Motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
