WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Remote Account Coordinator with at least 1 year experience of handling Amazon Brands. This person will be reporting directly to Edward Ivan and will be assigned tasks that needs to be executed without the need to teach them.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- They will be responsible for looking at the overall health of the sellercentral accounts through the account health, inventory and sales metrics. This includes setting up SC tasks like promotional codes, creating variations upto listing creation.
- They will be responsible for communicating and following-up tasks and strategies to different cross-functional teams (copywriting, PPC, design, email). This includes reviewing the output of each team and giving feedback from KW Research, campaign performances and KW growth ranking.
- They will be creating and evaluating month end reports; using root cause analysis to help us identify the issue we need to resolve immediately and finally coming up with a resolution.
- They will be responsible for the success of our newly launched products per month. Ensuring the plans are being executed according to schedule and that roadblocks are immediately reported and addressed.
- They will be coming up with strategies on how we can increase brand awareness to current customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience in Amazon Marketplace Account Management
- 100% Fluent in English (Written and Communication)
- Must have good internet connection (Speedtest required)
- Must have good computer specs
WORK HOURS: Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM EST
