WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

 

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.

 

Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. 

 

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Drive qualified leads through daily cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales reps
  • Assisting/building ABM lists for nurture campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
  • Create cold call lists and records of interested prospects for contact, and future marketing
  • Strategic prospecting, calling emailing and social outreach of new prospects with the goal of booking technical meetings (including outbound)
  • Providing technical expertise and advice to prospective clients
  • Work with Director of Marketing and marketing team on Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
  • Other duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls and cold emailing)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience using and tracking records using a CRM (Client Relationship Manager) e.g., Hubspot
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics (will be worked on with Sales Leadership)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills is mandatory
  • Experience in sales or BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration 

 

 

WORK HOURS:

  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week. Must be available to work 9AM - 1PM EST (10PM - 2AM PHT) with the remaining 4 hours on a flex schedule.
