Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Handling Phone Calls 
  • Handling Emails
  • Communicating with Operations Team Lead and Account Managers 
  • Answering General Inquiries about the service offerings 
  • Resolving any issues that come up

Required Skills

  • Minimum  1-year Customer Service Experience 
  • Solid work-from-home setup with good connection including headset
  • eCommerce experience is an asset! 
     

WORK HOURS:  Monday to Friday 9 AM - 5 PM EST. (Minimum of 40 hours per week)
