WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (LAMP Stack) to join our OG Technical Team. Reporting directly to the OG Technical Architect.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, modify, and debug platforms and modules in LAMP Stack.
- Ensures feature requests are delivered on time with high attention to detail.
- Builds and customizes workflows.
- Own work through full development life cycle – requirements, code, test, peer review, debug, document, deploy, monitor, support.
- Attends meetings and contributes in project and initiative brainstorming.
- Participate in project estimation and work breakdowns.
- Stay current on new technologies.
- Participate in code reviews to share understanding and apply best practices.
- Make recommendations to improve coding practices and client support needs.
- Adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education
Bachelor Degree/Diploma/Certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or other related courses
- Years of experience
2 Years and above
- Core Skills
Programming (HTML, JavaScript, React, PHP, Laravel, MySQL)
Experience with Scrum Framework.
*Bonus if you have experience with Node and MongoDB.
*Bonus if you have experience with the AWS services.
- Soft Skills
Strong organization and communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Up to date with industry best practices.
Experience with peer to peer code review practices.
WORK HOURS: Monday - Friday 9AM-1PM EST, with the remaining 4 hours of your shift flexible
