WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing global TA team. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Recruiter will own and execute on all recruitment tasks. DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to support the recruitment requests for new roles globally
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for top candidates from the initial job requisition to new hire onboarding
  • Proactively headhunt and source candidates through various recruitment channels
  • Post jobs, outreach to candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews and background checks
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring - from intern to Management-level roles
  • Build our employer brand, improve our career's page content and build our social media presence
  • Other duties as assigned and opportunities to design your own programs

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • College diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred but not required
  • At least 2 years experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment for digital marketing and technical roles
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices, and the ability to apply theoretical frameworks
  • General knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws and government compliance regulations
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent communications, analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Experience hiring internationally is an asset

 

WORK HOURS:

Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week. Must be available to work 9AM - 1PM EST (10PM - 2AM PHT) with the remaining 4 hours on a flex schedule.
