WHO/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Strategist that will develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives to generate sales demand and close business deals. This person will bring innovative ideas and out-of-the-box perspective to achieve our sales quota. Sales and Marketing strategist will be responsible to develop training programs for the Sales Lead Generation team to ensure that all sales team are calibrated.

 

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work together with the OG Lead Generation team to develop sales and marketing strategies based on the client’s unique goals and needs Will work with 6 different brands under different industries such as but not limited to: 

  • Accounting, Digital Marketing, Content Writing & Creatives & Designs.
  •  Coordinate with the key stakeholders of each brands to ensure delivery of high-quality sales and marketing services 
  • Identify potential client needs and provide solutions that will increase sales and close deals Design and execute Collaborate with the Sales Lead Gen Team Lead on providing leadership and guidance to sales teams to help them reach their goals 
  • Implement a smooth sales process cycle from prospecting to closing deals 
  • Conducting research on the current state of an industry or sector, including analyzing market trends, consumer behavior patterns, technology advancements, and competitor activity 
  • Analyzing client program performance and championing new initiatives based on quantitative results
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve or surpass the sales and revenue goals, including creating training programs to improve employee performance

BASIC REQUIREMENT:

  • Core Competencies:
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Project planning & strategic organizational skills.
    • Pro at multi-tasking, problem solving and executing strategies. Can pull out report from data and;
    • Tech-savvy. Seamless in learning and maximizing new technologies 
      Agile. Have the ability to meet aggressive deadlines

 

  • Must-haves:
    • A graduate of any business-related degree
    • Has atleast 5 or more years of professional experience in Sales and Marketing. 2 of which must be in a leadership position or similar (consultant level)
    • Has a deep understanding of sales, marketing and operations
    • Excellent communicator both verbal and written and has people skills.
    • Can thrive in fast-paced environment
    • Knowledgeable of E-commerce Industry
    • Has an efficient and reliable technical tools to execute this remote job

WORK HOURS:

Monday to Friday: Must be available to work from 10AM EST - 4PM EST and the remaining 3 hours Flexible. Minimum of 40 hours per week
