WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Outgive is looking for a full-time remote Talent Sourcing Specialist to work with our Outreach Talent Team. The perfect candidate must have a proven track record of sniping notable talent and bringing strong candidates into the company by applying proven screening, and interviewing techniques.
YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM:
- Screen candidates by conducting an in-depth review of the resume/CV/LinkedIn Profile
- Hit weekly outreach metrics; continuously build a pipeline of candidates
- Research and identify sourcing strategies for different roles
- Source and outreach to active and passive talents/candidates
- Exerts all effort and possibilities to provide solutions with hiring needs
- Conduct researches to look for better ways and practices to screen candidates
- Send job offers and hiring documents to successful candidates
- Partner with different leaders across the organization to help with hiring needs
BASIC REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum 1-year experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, sales, or agency recruiting
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
- Must have a good eye for details and potential talents!
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Spreadsheets, Doc, Forms)
- Knowledgeable in different kinds of interview strategies/practices
- A self-starter that can work under pressure and work in a high-velocity environment
NOT REQUIRED, BUT WOULD BE A GREAT ASSET:
- Has basic knowledge about e-commerce roles such as web development, graphic designing, SEO, digital marketing, or content copy-writing
- Negotiation experience
- Experience in Boolean or Xray sourcing
WORK HOURS: 8 hours a day or 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday 5 AM-1 PM EST
