Legendary Homes is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to support the growth of our online presence across multiple platforms. This role focuses on content creation, brand visibility, and audience engagement within the real estate market. It is suitable for entry-level candidates with strong interest in digital marketing and social media.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms
• Manage daily engagement on accounts (comments, messages, and inquiries)
• Develop simple branding and marketing campaigns for listings and promotions
• Assist with basic photo and video content for property marketing
• Monitor social media trends and suggest content ideas
• Track engagement performance and prepare basic reports
• Collaborate with the team to promote listings and company updates
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Strong creativity and written communication skills
• Familiarity with tools like Canva or similar design platforms (preferred)
• Ability to stay consistent and meet posting schedules
• No formal experience required (training provided)
