We are seeking a Healthcare Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across all departments—particularly in Enhanced Care Management, Behavioral Health, Street Medicine, and administrative support. This is a unique opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly expanding company. What You’ll Do
• Lead full-cycle recruitment strategies for roles supporting Enhanced Care Management, behavioral health, community health programs, street medicine, and administrative services
• Source top-tier talent through job boards, social platforms, community partnerships, and referral networks
• Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews to assess candidate alignment with Pacific Health Group’s values, mission, and role-specific needs
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department leads to identify workforce needs, refine job descriptions, and guide effective hiring decisions
• Extend offers and manage a smooth onboarding experience in collaboration with HR and compliance
• Promote Pacific Health Group as an employer of choice by driving employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and Medi-Cal/CalAIM-specific regulations, policies, and documentation standards
• Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness) and support process improvements
Who You Are
• You bring at least three years of experience recruiting in healthcare or human services — this is required
• You have a solid understanding of roles in care coordination, behavioral health, social services, or community-based healthcare — this is preferred
• You are a relationship builder with excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills
• You are comfortable managing multiple open requisitions while maintaining a strong candidate experience
• You’re experienced with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools and reporting
• You align with our mission and are passionate about equity, access, and whole-person care
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not required
• Healthcare recruiting certification (e.g., CHCR) is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $70,000–$73,000 (starting, depending on experience)
