About the Role
Patchington is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to tell our brand story across the digital landscape. You will be the voice of our "Resort Lifestyle," bringing our wrinkle-free travel collections and boutique shopping experience to life for our vibrant community of fashion-forward women.
In this role, you must be a self-starter who can translate the "Friendship and Fun" of our 10 retail locations into a cohesive, high-energy digital presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a monthly social media calendar that aligns with seasonal launches, boutique events, and our "Destination" travel collections.
- Create high-quality, on-brand graphics and static imagery using digital assets and user-generated content to showcase our "look great, feel comfortable" philosophy.
- Build meaningful relationships with our followers by responding to comments and messages with the same personalized service found in our boutiques.
- Coordinate digital promotions for monthly fashion shows and charitable partnerships to drive both online traffic and foot traffic to retail stores.
- Track key metrics including engagement, reach, and conversion to present monthly reports with actionable insights to the marketing team.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and algorithm changes, specifically within the women’s fashion and travel niches, to keep the brand relevant.
- Partner remotely with the e-commerce and buying teams to ensure social content highlights current inventory and high-performing styles.
- Manage a remote library of digital brand assets, ensuring all photography and graphics are tagged and accessible.
- Utilize and help implement collaborative design tools like Canva or Photoshop to keep the remote creative process fluid and transparent.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media management
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to capture a brand voice.
- Ability to analyze social media performance data and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Interest in fashion, retail, lifestyle brands, or women’s apparel preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $58,000 – $65,000 per annum (based on experience).
