Account Manager
Location: London (Hybrid, Office-Based)
Salary: £30,000 base + commission
OTE: £52,000 – £76,000 per year

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who knows how to build lasting client relationships, manage multiple accounts with care, and close new business when the opportunity knocks.
This is more than just managing orders — it’s about helping offices across London come together around amazing food. You’ll look after key accounts, grow repeat business, and pitch our catering and events services to new clients.
You’ll be part of a tight-knit team with big growth plans, where your ideas, energy, and hustle will be genuinely valued.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of regular B2B clients (think breakfasts, lunches, meetings, and events)
- Building new relationships with office managers, PA’s, community leads and team organisers across London
- Spotting upsell opportunities and increasing order volume across your accounts
- Pitching to new businesses and converting warm leads into long-term customers
- Creating bespoke proposals based on client briefs, budgets, and dietary needs
- Working closely with kitchen, operations and events teams to deliver seamless service
- Solving problems quickly, creatively, and with a personal touch — whether it's a last-minute allergy issue or a high-pressure corporate event
- Negotiating pricing and contract terms with confidence and care
- Keeping your pipeline organised and up to date
Who You Are:
- You’ve got 3+ years of sales or account management experience, ideally in B2B, catering, F&B, or events
- You know how to build trust and grow relationships — and you genuinely enjoy doing it
- You're a strong communicator, whether it’s over email, on the phone, or in a meeting
- You’re commercially minded and motivated by results
- You love working in a fast-paced environment and thinking on your feet
- You’re self-motivated but collaborative — you know how to get things done without needing your hand held
- You’re passionate about good food, good service, and building something meaningful
