Junior Account Executive

About the Role:
We’re looking for a confident, results-driven Junior Account Executive to join a fast-growing payments and fintech company serving thousands of businesses across Europe.
You’ll own your own pipeline — managing deals from first contact through to close and onboarding. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to bring new clients onboard and help scale the UK customer base.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you’ve had a couple of years in B2B sales and want to take the next step with more ownership, bigger deals, and serious growth potential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing your own pipeline of B2B opportunities (£50k–£250k monthly processing volumes)
- Running full sales cycles — from cold outreach to close and handover
- Using sales tools and data to target new sectors and identify key opportunities
- Leading more complex sales conversations, including those with multiple senior stakeholders
- Collaborating with onboarding and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer handoff
- Iterating and improving the UK sales strategy based on feedback and performance
- Supporting and mentoring newer team members as you grow
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (full sales cycle)
- Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Experience in payments, e-commerce, or SaaS is a plus
- Strategic thinker with a process-driven approach to selling
- Great communicator who builds trust with clients and teammates
