About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing Executive to join our growing Marketing and Digital team.
You’ll manage and optimise product catalogues across platforms like Amazon, eBay, and our direct-to-consumer websites, while also supporting brand campaigns, email marketing, content creation, and wider marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and optimise product listings across Amazon (UK & EU), eBay, and D2C websites
• Keep product catalogues up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Write compelling product descriptions and engaging marketing copy
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver marketing campaigns to drive sales and boost brand visibility
• Monitor sales channels and social media platforms for trends and opportunities
• Adapt product content for international audiences, tailoring messaging to local markets
• Conduct competitor research and analysis to help sharpen our marketing strategy
• Support new product launches by coordinating listings across all platforms
• Create and distribute engaging email newsletters to trade and public customers
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Quality Management policies
• Provide flexible support across the marketing team as needed

What You’ll Bring:

Essential Skills and Experience:

• A-Level qualification or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing
• 2+ years’ experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing
• 2+ years’ experience in brand marketing
• Hands-on experience managing and optimising online product listings
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Basic project management skills (planning, organising, delivering)

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Magento or Shopify
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
• Basic design skills (e.g., Photoshop, Canva)
• Basic proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish, German, or Italian)

Location:
