- Bonus Potential: £2,000 – £5,000 (typically performance or team-based)
- Total Package: £28,000 – £37,000
About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, highly organised Sales Administrator to join a growing office space provider in Central London. This is a fast-paced, client-focused role where you’ll play a key part in supporting the sales team, managing enquiries, and helping us deliver a premium experience to businesses across the city.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responding quickly to new enquiries — by phone, email, or online platforms
- Logging leads accurately and updating the system to keep everything running smoothly
- Booking and coordinating viewings across multiple sites
- Managing calendars for the sales team and confirming appointments
- Helping refine and improve our sales admin processes
- Communicating with clients, brokers, and internal teams professionally and warmly
- Supporting deal progression by following up after tours and assisting with documentation
- Providing accurate pricing and availability info in line with approved guidelines
- Building strong relationships with brokers and external agents
- Ensuring all admin and data tasks are completed with attention to detail
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of admin experience in a sales or office environment
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude — someone who enjoys helping others
- Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organised under pressure
- Comfortable working full-time from the office in Central London
- A team player who cares about service and enjoys building relationships
