Salary: Competitive + Bonus Scheme

Salary Range:

  • Base Salary: £26,000 – £32,000
  • Bonus Potential: £2,000 – £5,000 (typically performance or team-based)
  • Total Package: £28,000 – £37,000

 

About the Role:

 

We’re looking for a friendly, highly organised Sales Administrator to join a growing office space provider in Central London. This is a fast-paced, client-focused role where you’ll play a key part in supporting the sales team, managing enquiries, and helping us deliver a premium experience to businesses across the city.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responding quickly to new enquiries — by phone, email, or online platforms
  • Logging leads accurately and updating the system to keep everything running smoothly
  • Booking and coordinating viewings across multiple sites
  • Managing calendars for the sales team and confirming appointments
  • Helping refine and improve our sales admin processes
  • Communicating with clients, brokers, and internal teams professionally and warmly
  • Supporting deal progression by following up after tours and assisting with documentation
  • Providing accurate pricing and availability info in line with approved guidelines
  • Building strong relationships with brokers and external agents
  • Ensuring all admin and data tasks are completed with attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of admin experience in a sales or office environment
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • A positive, can-do attitude — someone who enjoys helping others
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organised under pressure
  • Comfortable working full-time from the office in Central London
  • A team player who cares about service and enjoys building relationships
