About the Role:
We’re looking for a professional, detail-driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support a high-performing commercial team at a luxury London hotel. In this fast-paced and varied role, you’ll assist the Director of Sales & Marketing and wider sales team with administrative support, events, internal communication, and marketing activities.
You’ll be involved in everything from organising VIP guest experiences to preparing reports, coordinating appointments, and helping with sales collateral and gifting. It’s a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s highly organised, polished, and confident working in a premium or five-star hospitality environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the diary, travel, and internal meetings for the Director of Sales & Marketing
- Supporting the sales team with reports, CRM admin, events, and day-to-day tasks
- Handling hotel collateral and marketing materials — print and digital
- Coordinating and sourcing bespoke corporate gifts for key occasions
- Liaising with finance on payments, invoices, and commissions
- Assisting with VIP guest arrangements including welcome cards and amenities
- Attending site inspections, industry events, and FAM trips when needed
- Fielding general enquiries and ensuring smooth team communication
- Monitoring competitor activity and sharing insights with the commercial team
- Collaborating with suppliers, finance, marketing, and external agencies

What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or hospitality coordinator role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable organisation and time management skills
- Polished, professional presence and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Opera, Delphi, or similar PMS/CRM systems preferred
- Confident handling sensitive information and working under pressure
- Willingness to work occasional flexible hours for events or VIP support
