Sales Consultant
Location: Harrow, UK (Site-Based)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: £28,000 – £35,000 base + bonus
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £40,000 – £55,000
Driving Licence Required: Yes
About the Role:
We’re looking for a confident, professional Sales Consultant to join the team at a busy new homes development in Harrow. You’ll be based at the marketing suite, guiding customers through their buying journey — from first enquiry to final handover.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you’ll build relationships with buyers, generate leads, follow up enquiries, and manage your own sales pipeline. If you’ve got a passion for property, excellent communication skills, and a drive to hit targets, this is your chance to shine.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responding to enquiries and proactively generating new sales opportunities
- Giving tours of the show home and presenting available plots with confidence and clarity
- Guiding buyers through every stage of the purchase process
- Negotiating deals and helping customers choose the right property and incentives
- Keeping buyers updated throughout their journey
- Following up leads, managing your diary, and hitting your sales targets
- Working weekends and travelling across local sites as needed
- Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system and ensuring GDPR compliance
- Staying informed about available and upcoming plots, competitor activity, and buyer schemes
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in a customer-facing sales role (property or new homes a bonus)
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Comfortable handling objections and resolving issues calmly and professionally
- Interest in property and the housing market
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to work weekends and travel to other marketing suites if needed
- A positive, self-motivated, and professional attitude
