Sales Development Representative

About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated, curious, and high-energy Sales Development Representative to join a growing SaaS sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for enterprise prospects — building interest, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for Account Executives.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong drive to succeed in tech sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering value through tailored outreach — not copy-paste tactics.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prospecting into enterprise-level accounts using email, phone, social media, and other creative methods
- Researching target companies and identifying key decision-makers
- Crafting personalised messages and outreach strategies (no templates)
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads based on pre-set criteria
- Booking meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Tracking activity and results in the CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
- Working closely with marketing, partnerships, and sales to refine messaging and approach
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year in an SDR/BDR role, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise environment
- Proven record of hitting or exceeding pipeline or lead generation targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A creative approach to outbound prospecting — not afraid to try new things
- Passion for disruptive tech and digital transformation
- Understanding of how social media and modern channels impact customer experience
- Desire to grow into a full-cycle sales role (Account Executive path)
