💼 What you’ll be doing
- Making outbound B2B sales calls to small business owners across the UK (no cold-calling from scratch – warm data provided).
- Selling business broadband, phone systems, mobile, and connectivity solutions.
- Smashing sales targets and earning serious commission.
- Managing your own pipeline of leads and follow-ups using our CRM system.
- Building rapport quickly, handling objections, and closing deals confidently.
- Staying sharp and up to date with new products, offers, and market trends.
- Being part of a fun, supportive, high-energy sales floor.

✅ What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years of outbound sales or telesales experience (call centre or B2B preferred).
- Confident, enthusiastic communicator who can build rapport fast.
- Driven by targets, KPIs, and hitting bonus triggers.
- Resilient under pressure — doesn’t give up after a “no.”
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own pipeline.
- Experience with CRM systems (like HubSpot or Salesforce) is a bonus.
