💼 What you’ll be doing

 

  • Making outbound B2B sales calls to small business owners across the UK (no cold-calling from scratch – warm data provided).
  • Selling business broadband, phone systems, mobile, and connectivity solutions.
  • Smashing sales targets and earning serious commission.
  • Managing your own pipeline of leads and follow-ups using our CRM system.
  • Building rapport quickly, handling objections, and closing deals confidently.
  • Staying sharp and up to date with new products, offers, and market trends.
  • Being part of a fun, supportive, high-energy sales floor.

✅ What we’re looking for

 

  • 1–3 years of outbound sales or telesales experience (call centre or B2B preferred).
  • Confident, enthusiastic communicator who can build rapport fast.
  • Driven by targets, KPIs, and hitting bonus triggers.
  • Resilient under pressure — doesn’t give up after a “no.”
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own pipeline.
  • Experience with CRM systems (like HubSpot or Salesforce) is a bonus.
