Sales Executive (Entry-Level)

Salary: £28,000 base + uncapped commission
OTE Year 1: £36,000+

About the Role:
We’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join a fast-growing UK tech company through a structured Sales Academy programme. You’ll receive six weeks of hands-on training in lead generation, cold calling, negotiation, and closing — followed by ongoing mentorship as you grow into a full 360° sales role.
You’ll be speaking to decision-makers, learning how to sell complex solutions, and building the foundations of a long-term career in sales — with uncapped earnings and progression into Corporate Sales or Management.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taking part in a 6-week sales training programme with daily coaching
- Learning how to qualify leads, make cold calls, and book meetings
- Supporting and shadowing senior sales team members on live opportunities
- Engaging with new clients, building relationships, and developing trust
- Working towards clear targets with support and mentorship throughout
- Gaining exposure to the full sales cycle and high-value B2B deals
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong desire to build a career in B2B sales
- Great communication skills and a confident, professional attitude
- A proactive mindset — motivated by goals, targets, and personal growth
- No previous sales experience needed — just resilience, ambition, and a can-do attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Based in or near London with the ability to commute to the office part of the week
