Sales Executive

About the Role:
We're on a mission to fight food waste — and we need a Sales Executive in London to help us grow our network of local food businesses. From bakeries and cafés to restaurants and corner shops, you’ll be reaching out, building relationships, and signing them up to our platform so they can turn their surplus food into something good.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced sales role that mixes phone calls, emails, and in-person visits. You’ll be the first point of contact for new partners, showing them how it works and helping them start saving food (and money) right away.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Find and contact local food businesses (cafés, takeaways, shops, restaurants) that could benefit from reducing their food waste
- Make high-volume outreach calls and send emails to book meetings and introduce our platform
- Visit new partners in person, explain the benefits clearly, and get them excited about joining
- Train new partners on how to use the app and support them through the onboarding process
- Manage your pipeline, track your progress, and work towards clear monthly targets
- Work closely with the rest of the sales team to share insights, ideas, and success stories
What We're Looking For:
You don’t need a long sales background — we’re more interested in your attitude, drive, and ability to connect with people. You’ll need to be confident picking up the phone, happy to knock on doors, and motivated by hitting targets.
