Sales Lead – HR Tech / Wellbeing SaaS

💰 Salary: £60,000–£75,000 base + uncapped commission + equity

🚀 About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Lead with strong B2B experience, ideally in the HR or wellbeing space. This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who’s ready to own the sales function, close strategic deals, and help build a repeatable, scalable revenue engine.
You’ll balance execution and ownership — driving deals forward, shaping strategy, and working directly with leadership to define how we grow.
🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, objection handling, and closing
- Sell into People, HR, Talent, and L&D teams at mid-market and enterprise level
- Develop and manage a personal sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Test and refine go-to-market messaging, ICPs, and outreach strategies
- Collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns and lead generation
- Provide regular input on customer feedback to improve proposition and product-market fit
- Track, report, and improve conversion rates throughout the sales funnel
- Contribute to hiring and building the sales team as the company scales
✅ You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…
- Have 6+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or HR/wellbeing tech
- Know how to sell into HR or People teams (UK or US)
- Are confident handling full 360 sales — you don’t wait for leads
- Are motivated by mission and commercial outcomes
- Have worked in a startup or scale-up where you had to test and build from scratch
- Are comfortable with CRM tools, outbound sequences, and forecasting
- Thrive in a fast-moving, autonomous environment where you’re trusted to lead

- Previous success selling HR platforms (e.g. mental health, employee engagement, L&D, HRIS, performance, or coaching tools)
- Experience selling to US-based companies or building international pipeline
- Familiarity with channel or broker partnerships in the HR space
- Building playbooks or sales documentation in a startup
