Technical Sales Manager

About Us:
We are an independent company based in Milan, Italy, specialising in the creation, development, manufacture, marketing, and identification of certified natural and highly effective active ingredients for the cosmetic and personal care industries. As part of our international expansion, we are establishing a UK office and are looking for a Technical Sales Professional to join our team.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an autonomous individual with strong commercial acumen to take on a rewarding challenge in a dynamic and innovative industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional service.
- Identify and reach out to new clients across the UK to expand the customer portfolio.
- Conduct customer meetings to present product lines and secure new business.
- Attend major international trade fairs (e.g., Paris, Barcelona, Amsterdam) to represent the company and build relationships.
- Provide technical support and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

- Scientific Background: A foundation in biology or chemistry to understand and explain technical product details.
- Customer Focus: Strong ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the cosmetics, personal care, or related industries.
- Familiarity with the cosmetics, hardware, or industrial sectors is an advantage.
- Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of Spanish is highly appreciated but not required.
