Perspectv is hiring on behalf of a brand-new restaurant opening just off The Square in central Winchester.
We’re building a vibrant front-of-house team of Waiters and Waitresses who are passionate about hospitality and ready to deliver warm, professional service in a fast-paced dining environment.
Whether you’re a student looking for flexible shifts or an experienced server eager for your next challenge, this is your chance to be part of something exciting right from the start.
🎉 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcome and seat guests with a friendly, polished approach
- Take food and drink orders with accuracy and care
- Deliver dishes and check in with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to keep service smooth
- Maintain a clean and organised dining space
- Contribute to the opening-day energy and ongoing guest experience

- A friendly, professional attitude and love for great service
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus — but not essential
