About the Job 

 

The Client Account Executive works closely with Advertisers, Brands & Agencies, manages their whole advertising lifecycle and acts as trusted advisor.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Builds long-term relationships with Brands and Agencies, meets success metrics and commercial goals.
  • Meets revenue targets by managing accounts, upselling, cross-selling, minimizing churn and encouraging retention and renewal rates against set KPIs.
  • Proactively offers ideas, initiatives, strategies, tactics, and goals in order to help clients meet and exceed their goals.
  • Assists clients with any day-to-day issues that may arise, aiming to delight with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
  • Acts as the Subject Matter Expert in Advertising Solutions and educates clients on the use and benefits of products.
  • Continuously monitors performance of Advertising Campaigns based on set KPIs.
  • Acts as the client advocate by capturing feedback to share with the rest of the Client & Product team.
  • Efficiently manages time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth using CRM and task management tools.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Informatics, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts
  • At least 2 years prior work experience in a Client Success / Account Manager role, or similar
  • Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a team player
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills
  • Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent multitasking and project management skills
  • Experience within the Digital Advertising industry is a plus
