Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market execution, product positioning, and customer-centric messaging for our portfolio. As a key liaison between marketing, product development, and sales, you will drive product adoption, define competitive positioning, and ensure our offerings meet both market demands and commercial goals.
This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and the ability to translate complex technical features into clear, impactful value propositions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Product & Market Alignment
• Collaborate closely with the CCO and Product teams to shape product marketing strategies aligned with the company's commercial and business objectives.
• Identify and prioritize target markets and segments, leveraging competitive differentiation and customer insights.
• Partner in defining market entry strategies, product lifecycle plans, and portfolio positioning.
2. Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for product launches and market expansions.
• Align cross-functional teams (Sales, Communications, Product, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of GTM activities.
• Support the development of pricing strategies and packaging models aligned with customer value and market expectations.
• Create targeted campaigns and promotional strategies that drive awareness, demand, and lead generation.
3. Messaging, Positioning & Content Development
• Craft compelling and customer-centric messaging that communicates product value clearly across various personas and industries.
• Create high-quality marketing materials including product presentations, sales enablement tools, case studies, whitepapers, and web content.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and narrative across all channels.
• Leverage customer feedback and success stories to build advocacy and refine messaging.
• Support the creation of case studies and testimonials that elevate the voice of the customer.
• Communicate the value proposition of our products and services to our internal community and develop the proper content that supports various business processes.
4. Market & Competitive Intelligence
• Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Translate research insights into actionable recommendations for product development, positioning, and marketing tactics.
• Benchmark competitor offerings to inform differentiation strategies.
5. Product Performance & Optimization
• Analyze product marketing performance metrics and campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide feedback to the Product and R&D teams on market reception and feature enhancements based on customer and market data.
• Track KPIs to assess product adoption, customer satisfaction, and sales enablement effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience in product marketing, ideally within advertising, SaaS, or technology sectors.
• Exceptional communication skills in both Greek and English – written, visual, and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to turn complex product features into compelling value-driven messaging.
• Strong experience in go-to-market strategy development and multi-channel campaign execution.
• Solid understanding of buyer personas, segmentation, and the full marketing funnel.
• Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, analytics, automation).
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to deliver persuasive product demos.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach to cross-functional work.
