Role Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
The role focuses on execution excellence, enabling Product Managers and Product Owners to focus on what and why, while ensuring that how, when, and with what dependencies delivery happens is clear, realistic, and well-coordinated.
The Project Manager plays a key role in maintaining delivery rhythm, visibility, and accountability, without owning product strategy or backlog decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and track product and technology initiatives from initiation through delivery.
- Define project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables in alignment with Product and Engineering teams.
- Ensure clear ownership, sequencing, and realistic delivery plans.
Delivery Execution & Monitoring
- Monitor progress against plans, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and deviations early.
- Proactively surface issues, propose mitigation actions, and coordinate resolution across teams.
- Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with agreed quality standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a coordination point between Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering teams, Product Marketing, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment meetings, status updates, and delivery checkpoints.
- Support smooth collaboration across multiple teams and functions.
Dependency & Risk Management
- Identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies and delivery risks.
- Maintain visibility on workload, capacity constraints, and competing priorities.
- Escalate risks and blockers appropriately, ensuring timely decision-making.
Communication & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain clear project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
- Communicate progress, risks, and next steps to relevant stakeholders in a concise and structured manner.
- Support leadership with reliable delivery insights and forecasts.
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Apply and support project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) based on team and project needs.
- Contribute to improving delivery processes, coordination practices, and execution efficiency.
- Promote transparency, predictability, and continuous improvement across delivery workflows.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 - 3+ years of experience in a Project Manager or similar delivery-focused role within a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches).
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, dependencies, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in software development, digital products, or technology companies.
- Exposure to digital marketing, advertising technology, or SaaS environments.
- Certifications are considered a plus.
