Prime 9 is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Kansas City on a full-time basis. Customer Success Manager Job Overview:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for their needs within our organization. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion of our business.

 

Customer Success Manager Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with assigned customer accounts
  • Understand customer needs and goals to provide tailored solutions and maximize value
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to address customer needs effectively
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to educate customers on our offerings
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor customer usage and adoption of our products/services and proactively address any potential issues
  • Track and report on key customer success metrics, such as customer satisfaction, renewal rates, and expansion opportunities

Customer Success Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or at least two years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to understand customer needs and align them with appropriate solutions
  • Experience working with CRM systems and other customer success tools
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a drive for customer success
