Facility Leisure Attendant at Progressive Group

Progressive School Lettings hires out schools facilities when schools day is over.

As a Lettings Assistant you will be expected to work regular shifts and take ownership of the events taking place.

You must be confident, friendly and amenable with all our customers. Attention to detail and thoroughness are essential - both our customers and the School expect a high quality service.

You must have common sense and be able to use your initiative to solve problems and deal with emergencies as and when they arise.

This position will suit a person who is punctual and well organised, who thrives when given real responsibility and independence.

Tasks will include:

Opening up the site, preparing rooms, locking up the site at the end of the shift
Interacting with our customers: signing them in, providing assistance, making sure they are using their allocated rooms, etc.

The hours we can offer will depend on your availability and the changing needs at the schools but please be aware that you will be required to work evenings, weekends and during school holidays.

Due to the lone working nature of this position and the supervision of customers, applicants must be over the age of 18.
