A company specialising in property management services are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help them expand their clientele in the South-East. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

 

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales, generating leads and forming strong relationships with current and potential clientele.

Business Development Manager- Responsibilities

 

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs- Generate Leads
  • A heavy emphasis on prospecting, networking, picking up the phone, making things happen, being self-sufficient, self-reliant, being bold and brave out in the field.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople

 

 

Business Development Manager- Desirables

 

  • Experience in selling a service into the NHS, Local Councils, Housing Associations or similar industries/businesses
  • Experience in providing a consultative approach
  • Ability to generate contacts and leads
  • Presentable and professional appearance and demeanour 
  • Collaborative team-player, also able to work independently and proficiently
  • Positive, confident, enthusiastic, energetic and competitive personality 
  • Strong commercial awareness, sound judgment and competent in business

 

 

Schedule- Mon-Fri 40 Hours (WFH available however role is field based ideally based around Crawley/Gatwick)
