Sales Supervisor duties include:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
- Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging marketing and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Sales Supervisor - requirements
- Must have a UK driving licence
- You have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service environment
- You have previously managed or supervised a small team
- Have superior negotiating skills
- Have excellent time, planning and project management skills
Hours of Work: Full-time Monday to Friday. Office based role 9:00-5:30
