The Customer Success Lead will own the customer lifecycle after onboarding, ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes and long-term satisfaction. You´ll act as a strategic partner, helping customers optimize their use and ensuring renewals and expansions.
You’ll be the voice of our customers inside the company, driving product and process excellence. Your work ensures that every client doesn’t just use the product — they rely on it. We are changing the way everyday tasks are done and the frontliner’s performance.
