Job Objective:
We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer with a strong SRE and IT Operations mindset, focused on ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of systems across all environments. Committed to proactive monitoring, rapid incident resolution, and efficient change and release management to minimize risk and downtime.
Passionate about implementing automation and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery, while fostering collaboration between development and operations teams to enhance reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
System & Infrastructure Management
- Ensure stability, scalability, and security of IT systems and infrastructure across development, testing, and production environments.
Incident & Problem Resolution
- Monitor system performance, detect issues proactively, and respond to incidents with minimal downtime.
Change & Release Management
- Plan, test, and deploy software updates and system changes efficiently while maintaining compliance and minimizing risk.
Automation & CI/CD
- Enablement and implement automation tools and pipelines to support continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), improving development velocity.
Collaboration & Operational
- Support bridge development and operations teams, fostering collaboration to enhance service reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of IT OPS experience, experience in fintech, digital payments, or banking domain is a plus.
- Master web backend development techniques: protocols, architecture, storage, caching, security, etc.
- Have experience in software development projects using Python or Java languages.
- Have in-depth research on distributed architecture theory and technology, such as microservices.
- Familiar with mainstream R&D technologies such as Spring ecosystem, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Candidates with experience in open source communities are preferred.
- Familiar with DevOps related tools and technologies, such as Git, Jenkins, Maven, etc.
- Rich practical experience in Docker containers, proficient in using Docker, Kubernetes.
- Experience with large-scale Fintech products is preferred.
- Mandatory: Native or fluency in Spanish and English.
- Preferred: Conversational in Chinese (Mandarin).
- Adaptive in cross-cultural and timezone international working environments.
- Excellent communication skills, optimistic and upward, strong self-motivation, ability to withstand pressure, and self-reflection consciousness.
- Open source enthusiasts, Linux enthusiasts, love to tinker, skilled at improving efficiency through technology.
