Job Objective:

Drives the technological execution of digital transformation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of technology leadership, innovation strategy, and hands-on development. 

  • Partner with R&D, IT, Security, and Data teams.
  •  Align technical solutions with strategic business objectives.
  •  Serve as a technical advisor to innovation workshops and hackathons.
  • Recommend emerging technologies (AI, IoT, Cloud, blockchain, etc.).                                                                                                       

Our candidate is a visionary leader who can translate digital trends into tangible business outcomes and drive the organization towards its digital transformation goals, knows how to deal with an organization in a transformation process. Able to follow up, control, and become a leader of change with his active participation in more than 30 live projects-


 

Responsibilities:

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Support and development of AI driving efficiency towards the bussiness as a whole.         Follow up and support the DTO in continue the definition and refinement of the digital transformation vision aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Follow up and support in the implementation and development of  long-term digital roadmaps and innovation portfolios defined by DTO
  • Recommend process and evaluate digital maturity and recommend investment areas.
  • Advise  on digital trends and opportunities.

Project & Program Management

  • Support and lead cross-functional digital transformation projects from concept to execution.
  • Develop business cases and secure executive buy-in for key initiatives.
  • Track program milestones, risks, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with IT team and  PMO or product teams to ensure delivery standards.

Technology & Innovation

  • Support in identify, evaluate, and introduce emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud, data analytics).
  • Drive enterprise architecture modernization and digital platforms adoption.
  • Collaborate with IT to integrate new solutions securely and efficiently.
  • Partner with vendors and startups for innovative pilots and proof-of-concepts

Process Optimization

  • Redesign core business processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Leverage automation (RPA, workflow tools) and data insights for process improvement.
  • Standardize digital workflows across business units

Change Management & Culture

  • Support the organizational change and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Continue with DTO to building digital capabilities through training and upskilling programs.
  • Foster a digital-first mindset and support innovation labs or internal incubators.
  • Serve as a change agent to overcome resistance and encourage adoption.

Data & Analytics

  • Promote data-driven decision-making through analytics initiatives.
  • Oversee implementation of data governance and self-service BI tools.
  • Support data strategy integration across departments.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support how to better act as the bridge between business, IT, and executive teams.
  • Engage with external partners, clients, and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Facilitate workshops and communication plans to align digital goals.


 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 
  • More than 5 years of professional experience in digital transformation, innovation, or IT leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in leading digital initiatives in medium to large organizations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale digital projects.
  • Demonstrated success in business process reengineering and digital enablement.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, change-intensive environments                                                                                              Preferable prior involvement experience in global or multi-country transformation programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced to fluent English (essential for global and cross-functional coordination).
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and agile methodologies.
  • Experience working on big or international companies


 

Specific Knowledge:

  • AI, cloud computing, and IoT, RPA, Big Data, etc.                                                                                                                 
  • Experience with BPMN, Design Thinking, and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)


 

Perks

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Modality: Full-time, 100% payroll, Hybrid in Mexico City  (3 days on site, 2 days home office)

Salary: $80,000 MXN gross monthly
