Job Description:
We are solving problems that few dare to touch. We have built an Enterprise SaaS platform used by world-class manufacturers in over 1500 sites, in over 40 countries, and in over 17 languages. Our end-users are unique: prior to us, most of them have never used digital technology at work. This brings unique opportunities and challenges.
We seek a well-rounded Director of Product Management with prior experience shipping Enterprise-grade SaaS, hiring and managing other Product Managers and Product Designers.
Responsibilities:
- Grasp the current Product Strategy and Vision (yes, we have one), question it, challenge it, improve it, modify it, and take full ownership of its implementation.
- Develop a deep understanding and mastery of the Platform.
- Know the problems and needs of current and target customers, even better than themselves. Establish efficient customer feedback loops to get a very deep understanding of the customers' use cases and key areas of opportunity. Establish processes that will yield this information for Product and the rest of the team.
- Own the Product Roadmap. Manage trade-offs between new feature launches, maintenance, iterations, and deprecations.
- Coordinate with CTO and Engineering Management the timely execution of the Product Development.
- Data analysis: study product usage and retention metrics, benchmark to industry standards, define North-Star metric, and derive conclusions for the product roadmap.
- Hire and manage Product Managers to write and iterate PRDs through the development cycles.
- Manage the team of UX/UI designers.
- Collaborate with Marketing for Product Marketing and Communication activities and campaigns.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management leadership positions (Head of Product).
- 2+ years of experience as a manager.
- You have actually shipped Enterprise-grade SaaS. (This is non-negotiable).
- Product Management frameworks for Enterprise SaaS.
- Excellent communicator. Able to empathize with people in different circumstances: from the CEOs and CTOs of our customers (multinational companies) to our end-users who are frontline operators in the manufacturing shopfloors.
- Collaboration and communication with Software Engineers in Latin America.
- Data-based decision-making.
- Conflict Management.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish.
- Customer Management.
- An academic degree is not a requirement to apply for this position, but the required experience is a must.
Nice to have:
- You have managed software developers in the past.
- Experience in manufacturing companies or knowledge of methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.

Modality: Full Time, Remote (The position requires that you work on Central Standard Time), 100% payroll
Salary: $110,000 to $154,000 MXN Gross (Negotiable)
