Job Objective:
The Senior Back End Engineer will play a critical role in building the core of our product. This position owns the backend architecture, core systems, and platform evolution, ensuring everything is scalable, modular, and enterprise-ready.
Working closely with the CEO and CTO, this role turns ideas into production-ready solutions, helps define the company’s technical DNA, and ships high-impact features at speed. The engineer will design and develop the AI orchestration engine that converts natural-language inputs into executable workflows, as well as build and maintain robust integrations with key enterprise tools.
Beyond execution, this role contributes to setting engineering standards, defining best practices, and collaborating directly with customers to ensure successful implementations and continuous product improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Build end-to-end product features using TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and SQL.
- Architect the AI orchestration engine that transforms natural-language inputs into executable workflows.
- Develop integrations with Slack, Teams, HubSpot, SAP, and many others.
- Design a scalable, modular infrastructure ready for enterprise use.
- Collaborate to turn ideas into reality.
- Establish our engineering standards, tools, and processes in Latam.
- Talk with customers to advance implementations.
Requirements:
- Unconventional people fueled by the passion and energy to change the world.
- 4+ years shipping production software.
- Strong skills in Python and LLM experience.
- Knowledge of TypeScript / Next.js (plus)
- Experience connecting to third-party APIs or automation platforms.
- Proven experience in deploying enterprise-grade products with a strong focus on data security and compliance.
- Interest in utilizing AI to improve enterprise processes.
- Startup mindset: you move fast, own outcomes, and solve problems end-to-end.
- Mandatory: English proficiency (C1+) and comfort working with an international team.
