Job Description: 

As an Inside Sales Representative your objective will be to contribute to the growth and transformation of the Canadian fintech industry through effective lead management and the promotion of our innovative cross-border banking services. You will be responsible for identifying and understanding prospects needs, providing detailed information about our products and services to facilitate their decision-making process. Additionally, you will closely collaborate with the sales team, offering valuable insights into lead behavior and preferences to optimize our sales strategies and maximize market impact.

Responsibilities: 

• Respond promptly to inbound leads through calls, emails, and other channels.
• Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand prospects' requirements.
• Provide information on products/services to assist prospects in decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing valuable insights into lead behavior and preferences.
• Shape the future of Canadian fintech with a key role in our transformative mission.
• Drive data strategies and initiatives, contributing significantly to our growth trajectory.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in tech and B2B environment.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, you excel in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Hubspot and other sales tools.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Labor Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (flexible based on results)

Modality: Full Time,  Remote, 100% payroll

Salary: $2,000 a $2,100 USD monthly + Comissions
