Job Objective:
The Commercial Digital Strategy Manager will align, shape, define, and implement Business Capabilities required for Commercial Areas in LATAM in conjunction with the local Digital Transformation organization.
Will act as the primary point of contact for the assigned functions together with DTO to ensure our capability and direction are being conveyed and understood as intended. Will co-create with the business and DTO the preparation of new project requests/enhancements, and during the phases of implementation, help to convey the needs in a language most understandable to technology professionals. The primary goal will be to maximize the benefits of technology in the furtherance of our corporate and regional commercial business goals.
Lead the definition, alignment, and implementation of commercial business capabilities across LATAM by partnering with local Commercial functions and the Digital Transformation Office (DTO). Translate commercial strategy into actionable digital initiatives, co-create project requests and guide delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs, drive adoption and maximize value for regional sales, marketing and Service Solutions Operations.
Act as primary liaison between Commercial functions and DTO for assigned LATAM countries, shaping capability roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives and overseeing end-to-end delivery from concept to adoption. Influence stakeholders at regional and country levels, ensure clarity of requirements for technology teams, and measure impact against commercial objectives across multiple markets. This role will report in direct line to LATAM IT director and dotted line to Commercial Digital Strategy Director.

Salary: $90,000 to $106,000 MXN gross monthly
