Job Objective:

The Product Analyst will turn data into strategy. You´ll analyze user behavior, feature performance, and operational metrics to uncover insights that guide product improvements and innovation.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring involvement based on real data, not assumptions. Your insights will shape the roadmap of a product that´s redefining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze usage data performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the Product team in defining KPIs and measuring feature success.
- Collaborate with engineering to improve data accuracy and tracking.
- Present insights clearly to inform product strategy and priorities.
Requirements:
- 1- 3 years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, or business intelligence.
- Experience working in startup environments
- Proficiency in SQL, analytics tools, and dashboard creation (Looker, Power BI)
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python (desirable)
- Strong storytelling skills - you can translate data into actionable business insights (40% data / 60% product)
- A passion for understanding user behavior and product-market fit.

Salary: $1,500 to $1,800 USD monthly
