Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment for our real estate team, with a focus on fast hiring for various positions.
- Oversee HR duties including employee performance tracking, leave management, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to meet recruitment targets and maintain an efficient hiring process.
- Conduct onboarding, employee reviews, and assist in resolving any HR-related queries.
- Support the team in creating a positive work environment and driving employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in real estate or fast-paced industries.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines.
- Full-time availability (office-based, no remote work flexibility).
