Frank Film Club Podcast Social Media Manager

Contract - 2 days per month (£600 per calendar month)

The role is currently 2 days per calendar month (£300 each day), however, there is the possibility to expand this. These 2 days are spread out across the month. Applicants must be based in the UK.

ABOUT US

Frank Film Club with Maisie Williams podcast is for lovers and makers of film. From shots and dialogue to casting and score, we unpack little-known indies, box office smashes, documentaries, foreign language and everything in between. Hosted by Actor Maisie Williams, Casting Director Hannah Marie Williams, and Filmmaker Lowri Roberts. The podcast is a safe space to share thoughts and figure out opinions on films. We celebrate all films and the people who make them -  our social channels mirror this.

ROLE MISSION

As part of our growing team, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager to manage the social media accounts of our podcast. This will involve the development of strategy, content and campaign implementation. This role will be underpinned by a passion for film, and those with experience in leading digital content and social campaigns within a creative team. You will be supporting us, primarily through Instagram, and increasing our presence across TikTok, YouTube and Twitter -  engaging our target audience and bringing to life our ideas and ambitions.

• Content production & post
• Paid & optimisation
• Community Engagement

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

• Planning monthly social calendars for our podcast social accounts
• Liaising with the team to plan strategy and obtain assets
• Manage in-feed and story posts on Instagram
• Plan and create a development plan for TikTok
• Plan and implement community engagement strategy

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Proficient in video editing 
• Proficient in Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• Experience managing community engagement
• Demonstrable experience in managing and planning social calendars and strategy 
• Experience using ‘Later’ scheduling software is desirable
• Passion for film in all its forms!
