- Job Title: Instructional Designer
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to identify learning objectives, course content, and assessment strategies.
- Design and develop engaging and interactive e-learning courses using various instructional design models and tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of instructional design experience in a corporate or academic setting.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and proven experience in implementing them.
- Proficient in instructional design software, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
- Demonstrated experience in developing responsive and interactive online courses using various multimedia assets.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
