We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Records Management Clerk to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will play a key role in organizing, maintaining, and securing company records to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately organize, maintain, and update digital and electronic records
Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper classification
Ensure records are stored, archived, and disposed of in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Retrieve and provide records upon request in a timely manner
Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information
Assist with data audits, reporting, and quality control checks
Collaborate with internal teams to improve records management processes
Support administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience in records management, data entry, or administrative support preferred
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word) and/or records management systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace
