Regal Legal Services, LLC is seeking a self-motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Health Coach. Our company is a leading provider of legal services in the healthcare industry, and we are dedicated to helping our clients achieve optimal health and well-being.

In this role, you will work closely with our clients to provide personalized health coaching services that align with their unique goals and needs. You will also collaborate with our team of legal professionals to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive support and assistance in navigating the complex healthcare system.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial assessments of clients to determine their health status, goals, and needs

- Design personalized health plans and strategies based on clients' goals and needs

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients in implementing and maintaining their health plans

- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to plans as needed

- Collaborate with legal team to ensure clients' health needs are met within legal boundaries

- Stay current with industry developments and research to continuously improve coaching techniques

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress

- Communicate effectively with clients, legal team, and other healthcare professionals as needed

- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving client services and outcomes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in health or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

- Certified Health Coach (CHC) or other relevant certification

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in health coaching or related role

- Strong knowledge of nutrition, exercise, and stress management principles

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients

- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs

- Passion for helping others improve their health and well-being

- Flexible and adaptive approach to coaching techniques

- Must adhere to patient confidentiality and ethical standards
